Kris Syevens is the CEO and Mortgage Advisor behind Aravian Financial LLC, a Houston-based independent mortgage brokerage dedicated to delivering a client-first lending experience. Originally from Jersey City, New Jersey, Kris relocated to Texas in 2012 and has called Houston home ever since. With roots in financial services dating back to 2008, he brings over 15 years of banking, finance, and mortgage experience to every client relationship.
Unlike loan officers at large retail banks, Kris works as an independent broker — meaning he has the freedom to shop your loan across a wide network of wholesale lenders to find the most competitive rate and program for your specific situation.
